Rosie experience in property management and leasehold law dates back to 2013. Having graduated from Bournemouth university with a 2:1 in Law, Rosie has always had an interest in property. Rosie has worked with local solicitors in conveyancing and lease extensions, briefly as an estate agent and for the past 9 years as a Property Manager, locally. Rosie is MIRPM qualified and an Associate of the RICS. Originally from Portsmouth, Rosie is familiar with all localities of the SPL portfolio and enjoys visiting friends and family in Southsea on the weekends. Outside of work Rosie has her hands full with her two young sons and enjoys reading and paddle-boarding.
