Whether you are a tenant, block manager, or property owner you can report issues at your development, book repairs and maintenance work, and track their progress in real-time from your computer, tablet or even your phone.
All work and maintenance are updated and tracked so you can instantly find out your meter readings, maintenance status, and upcoming checks or inspections.
For any maintenance work required, we keep you fully updated once you’ve reported a problem. You’ll be allocated a ticket that provides a continuous link from start to finish between all the parties concerned and you’ll be informed the moment a ticket is updated. Communication is key in everything we do.
